Presentation Designer - Entertainment
Our client, an entertainment studio, is seeking a visual communications designer to join the Streaming Marketing team. Responsibilities: Concepting, creating and executing cutting-edge, compelling, original designs and creative concepts/assets across all departments of Digital streaming team in PowerPoint and Keynote presentations for executives across various departments and show producers, also providing presentation support, including presentation testing and preparation Work with the department stakeholders to visually communicate the brand vision internally and externally in beautiful, simple and inspiring ways Day-to-day interface with stakeholders across the business and be part of a core team representing the single source of truth for all things related to brand design and creative Oversee the design, layout and formatting of promotional and publicity materials Design branded concepts, artwork, layouts, and assets for various event Maintain a working database of competitive networks and advertising and design trends through typography, design, and photography Develop and implement new processes and mechanisms that will ultimately improve team performance, creativity, communication, collaboration Musts: 5+ years of design experience An available online portfolio with past presentation work, ideally within the entertainment space Professional experience at a talent agency, entertainment or tech company preferred Advanced knowledge of PowerPoint, Keynote, OneDrive, Frame.io, InDesign, Jira, Adobe Suite Well organized, detail oriented, able to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment Craves and acts on feedback Exemplary team player able to build relationships quickly with internal and external stakeholders with a wide range of personality types An excellent listener and communicator Positive attitude and the ability to be proactive, resourceful and flexible Excellent oral and written communication skills Advanced knowledge of social media platforms and emerging technology Ability to anticipate scheduling/organizational challenges and suggest solutions in a timely manner Able to make independent decisions in the handling of sensitive and confidential information while exercising good judgment and discretion Comfortable in a test-and-learn environment Creative thinker with strategic and analytical prowess Focused and driven to excellence at the accomplishment of all tasks HTML/CSS knowledge is a plus
Design Producer, Content Studio
Our client, a lead in-house content production studio, is looking for a Design Producer to join their team on a contract basis. This role begins off-site as soon as possible. Clients must be local to NYC for when on-site working becomes possible. You must have your own computer. What you'll be doing: Oversee and manage the design related production schedules and all elements for branded content executions Partner with your Design counterparts to ensure that all timelines are agreed upon and are executed against to keep projects running smoothly Liaise with Activation, Design and Production teams to plan and implement all campaigns, capturing all content and video assets while staying on budget and time Act as a team lead, delivering your expectations and removing roadblocks as they arise Work with the content studio sales team to ensure that budgets and creative ideas align with the client brief Scale up and scale down projects, adjust scopes and ensure that budgets are covered as needed Track spending across design and production budgets, working with your counterparts in operations to drive profitability Partner with the Director of Design and Project Management lead to assign resources, staff projects and remove scheduling conflicts to ensure projects run well Work with team to vet, hire and onboard contractors across design, illustration, animation, etc. Actively track the development of all projects in real time to ensure that all are running on time and apporpriately Lead and participate in daily status and development meetings with the Director of Design, Design team, Production team and others Continuously look for opportunities to scale up the business, driving growth with new and existing clients Other tasks may apply About you: 7+ years of Production experience across Design and Digital at an Advertising Agency or In-House Creative Department Previous experience with branded content or advertising, specifically with video and design projects Depth of experience and knowledge with the in's and out's of production including pre and post-production, editing, motion graphics, etc. Experience with Asana, BaseCamp, TeanGantt and/or FarmersWife Strong knowledge of digital ad products and web development Expertise with budget and timeline management, pricing and resource management Extremely organized with a keen attention to detail Ability to manage down and manage up, keeping people on task and on-brief Experience managing one or more production and/or creative professionals Not afraid to make your voice and opinion heard to ensure that items are delivered at your high standards High-level of professionalism in your demeanor and communication style Ability to work in a high-paced environment while keeping projects on brief and on-time

Our client is looking to bring on a direct hire for an Architectural Photography Manger in the Boston area! In this role you will be required to use your creative expertise and talent to manage a team of professional photographers (10-12) specific to your region. You must be highly skilled at using existing light sources and existing lighting systems when necessary. Travel may be necessary monthly for up to one week at a time.
