The role will be onsite, 40 hours/week, Monday through Friday. The Sr. Retoucher is responsible for all aspects of image production including; workflow, accuracy, consistency and timely delivery of both print and online image assets, setting all best practices, SOPs, workflow guidelines and QA. this person will take part in color management training and mentoring to the retouching team, designers and production artists. Additionally, working hands-on, the Sr. Image Production Lead will oversee retouching of digital product and model shots for both print and digital use. Day-to-Day: Manage retouching team and retouching processes Assist team to manage workload to meet strict deadlines. Adjust image color to match product samples for print and digital. Composite studio imagery into lifestyle photos Edit product photography by creating clipping paths, drop shadows, reflections, adjusting color, and modify form factors. Continually evaluate industry best practices, technologies and standards Skills & Qualificaitons: Thorough knowledge of Mac OS. Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite software particularly Photoshop, Camera Raw and Bridge. Work with agents, art directors, and photographers to execute shoots brief within designated timeframe as well as budget parameters. Communicate with photo/model agencies for contracts and bookings.
