Sr Print Designer
Our client, a tv network, is looking for a Sr Print Designer to join the team. You will report to the Director, Creative Design. Responsibilities: Partner with the Creative Director to collaborate with multiple in-house departments and will be responsible for creating working relationships with printers and vendors Responsible for the creation of exceptional and on-brand print collateral from concept to completion–including logo and title treatment development, event invitations and collateral, Branded premiums, Pop-up banners, Inserts and One-sheets, Ads–both consumer and business-facing, Billboards, Product packaging and others Demonstrates expert technical, organizational, and communication skills Ability to interpret and then translate creative brief concepts into effective, original creative Participation in creative brief meetings, creative brainstorms, and team meetings Strong ability to work independently, but also shows enthusiasm and thrives in a collaborative team environment Enthusiastically partners with peers, direct reports and internal clients to ensure work meets creative and strategic standards appropriate to the target audiences and brand Effectively manages internal production of projects and outside vendor production to insure timely delivery Musts: 7-10 years of experience of print design, with a heavy emphasis on working within the sphere of a cohesive brand Portfolio showcasing a wide range of brands and aesthetics, strong in logo, typography and branding design Undergraduate degree with a major in Graphic Arts or Design Advanced/Expert level Adobe Creative Suite knowledge Exceptional typography and conceptual skills Mastery of print styles, folding and printing techniques, and color/ink trends and innovations Strong understanding and experience with retouching and image production Experience working on and creating style guides Experience working on-site with print vendors and attending press checks as well as other proofing methods Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite - Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint Ability to work well within budget and deadline parameters Responds with a “can do” attitude to tight deadlines and feedback from team leaders Demonstrates an ongoing desire to keep updated on the latest trends in print design and techniques Expert level technical skills Excellent and articulate communicator/partner who proactively seeks out information when necessary Ability to balance high-priority, long-term projects with short-term immediate deadlines

Our client, a major entertainment studio, is looking for a Product Designer to join their Softlines team. Responsibilities: Day-to-day execution of product design and development of Owned & Operated products for Softlines such as Apparel, Accessories and Footwear from concept through production Concept and design trend-right consumer centric product lines within their categories, that deliver market-leading innovation, great price/value for each tier of the value pyramid Manage and execute product approvals through online systems and in-person approval meetings ensuring high quality standards in color, material, function and form of all products Collaborate with internal partners (Creative, Franchise and Commercialization) and external partners (Studio, Content Providers, and Marketing) to design and approve products Concept, design, sketch, proto-type and deliver product lines within deadline Collaborate with internal teams and licensees for executions on projects Collaborate with internal and external partners to ensure the highest quality, consumer focused, trend-right product lines across all channels of distribution (licensing, flex business models and wholesale) that build brand equity and meet financial targets Multi-task and prioritize multiple design projects, running simultaneously with varying levels of complexity Monitor competitors, product innovations and market dynamics Helping support manager, working on owned and operated vertical business, making mock ups for apparel, using style guides, or designing a shirt or footwear using style guide elements, need to be versed with design 101 Building presentations, making pov boards, design boards that will be presented to upper management, leadership, and content providers along with sourcing and brand management partnerships. Responsibilities: Creation and distribution of marketing, promotional and other strategic partnership content, including original social content, and the community management of official social pages on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, etc. Be a subject matter expert for their assigned properties, with the ability to devise creative plans and detailed calendars in support of their efforts. They must be able to manage agencies, ensure a high degree of quality control on their projects and communicate their plans internally to ensure they fit with the network’s overall marketing strategy. Our client is looking to hire a PRODUCTION ARTIST for a long term freelance assignment in LOS ANGELES. This person will be supporting our clients “Books team”. This person will be responsible for updating data, formatting, layout, design and content for print, PDF and presentation materials based on established templates in PowerPoint using the Seismic platform. The role requires strong Excel and Powerpoint skills as well as experience designing charts and graphs. It’s a very data driven production design role. Responsibilities: Assist the originals marketing team with 360 campaign coordination of a slate of originals film & unscripted content Assist the Marketing Lead in the development of Originals marketing campaigns including developing launch strategy, key art and digital development, promotions and working with all cross-functional teams to ensure goals are being met Track budget and spend for originals marketing initiatives Work closely with Originals Marketing Lead to track success of current and recent marketing campaigns, sharing results, key learnings and insights that can be applied to future executions Compile campaign launch recaps and assist in the development of various marketing presentations.
