Our client, a New York City based online luxury fashion retailer, is looking to build their Product team, infusing it with top talent across multiple Senior and mid-level positions. Our client is motivated to hire and is looking to bring expertise in on a temp-to-hire structure beginning immediately. This company has various roles open and varying levels onsite in NYC. Skills: Driving delivery, measurement and the iteration of multiple features across one of many properties (e.g., web, mobile, internal tools) with the goal of improving KPIs. Collaborate with key stakeholders in all departments of the company in a very open and team-minded company. User Experience Architect

In this role, you will be working on in-lab user testing and contextual and ethnographic work in the field. Skills: Oversight of research material preparation and implementation of best practices. Identify final client deliverables that will address research objectives, and independently develop or oversee the development of those final deliverables, including research reports, executive summaries, and design recommendations. This person will leverage all available resources and creative assets to build web experiences via relevant tools, primarily AEM. They will be a crucial player in the editorial approach for digital channels, contributing to editorial strategy and direction for owned thought leadership platforms, repurposing and rewriting content for the web channel.
