Service Designer / UX Strategist
Our client, a multi-discipline experience design studio, is looking for a conceptual Service Designer / UX Strategist with interdisciplinary experience including spatial design thinking. This is a freelance assignment that begins remotely ASAP. What you'll be doing: Conducting analysis of consumer behaviors, consumer requirements, tasks, modeling concepts, designing information architecture, interaction design and the testing of concepts usability Designing information architecture, interactions down to a micro level, as well as, user interfaces using iterative and participatory design techniques which include observational studies, customer and consumer interviews, testing of usability, audits, research, etc. Create personals of consumers, develop ecosystems, customer journeys, blueprints for service platforms, storyboards, wireframes, flowcharts, prototypes, etc. Communicate the findings of your research, your ideas, the design detail and rational through execution and presentation of your work Manage the process of design, driving decisions, issue tracking and helping with resource estimating Work with strategy and technology design teams to achieve the design requirements Work with an interdisciplinary team including: designers, PMs, brand and business strategists, and developers (software / hardware) Other tasks may apply About you: 8 years of UX design and research experience Bachelor's Degree in design (bonus: includes study in human-computer interaction) UX executional experience with skills in Adobe CS, Sketch and Ideally Omnigraffle Strong UX Strategy, Customer Journey, Personas and Design experience Innovative mindset, that works well with a ton of whitespace Driven to implement your research and have a passion for user-centered design In-depth knowledge of UI design methodology and processes with a focus on mobile and web-based applications You like learning new technologies and programs quickly Amazing organization and communication skills Can work independently and on a interdisciplinary team You love creating products that connect with people on a personal level

Product Manager- Chinese/Gaming
Our client, a video game company, is seeking a Product Manager to join the team. Responsibilities: Support the current teams on developing and launching the games in China Work and align across multiple teams to lead the design of core gameplay, social, commerce and other game features Plan out and track development milestones and timelines, ensuring any changes are communicated to the stakeholders for cross team visibility.
