As a UX Designer, you will work on a new web-based application managing large construction projects. The ideal candidate can observe, detect user behaviors and create options. It will be important to be able to rapidly develop concepts and effectively communicate with engineers. Responsibilities: Discover and design for the needs of Planners, Estimators, Project Managers, Contract / Bid Analysts, Architects, and Contractors, to name a few. Rapidly generate multiple design concepts, iterate on them, and present their pros and cons. Produce highly detailed, thoroughly annotated wireframes, process flows, storyboards, journey maps, and other UX standbys. Conduct ethnographic research and usability studies.
