QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Computer Interaction, or another related field. Must have at least 3 years of previous professional research experience. At least 5 years of experience with user research specifically, highly preferred. Must have written and oral Native fluency or high proficiency in Spanish and English. Proficiency in formative and summative usability research methods and their application in fast-paced business. Previous involvement with field studies, participatory design, heuristic evaluations, and competitive testing is highly preferred. Proven experience of team work/collaboration. Knowledge of structuring un-moderated studies and moderating live studies. Incorporates other research to enhance work as well as keep track of latest industry developments and news. Adaptable and able to work effectively in time constraint and ever-changing environment without jeopardizing quality of work. Impeccable negotiation, presentation, and communication skills. Ability to work independently, but not afraid to seek feedback.
Our client, a creative agency, is seeking a UX Designer to join their team. You will report to the Owner/Creative, and be responsible for: Being the primary UX expert on a team working with development partner and creative team for a full re-vamp of a B2B consumer experience for licensees and affiliates for a music licensing company. Primary focus on the user experience and optimizing web flow for the two user types Participate in brainstorm, client and dev partner kick-off meetings to drive the UX strategy to execute on the experience Hands-on wireframing, webflows, and building low to high fidelity prototypes for three distinct components: the general website for any visitor or “in front of the login”, the Licensee Portal, and the Affiliate Adding in front of the existing log-in is the universal navigation as well as building a CMS as the site is currently hard-coded.
