This is a 6 month contract that requires 3 days onsite in LA, 2 days remote. Join our client\u2019s team and make an impactful difference in their compensation initiatives. <\/p>\n<p><strong>Compensation Partner III Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Provide expert guidance to HR partners, talent acquisition, and leadership on complex compensation matters, ensuring alignment with pay equity principles.\n<li>Collaborate with business units to understand strategic goals and develop tailored compensation solutions supporting talent and organizational needs.\n<li>Design and oversee pay practices and governance to maintain competitive and fair compensation programs.\n<li>Lead key processes such as annual compensation planning, off-cycle review governance, and job alignment, ensuring scalability and decision support.\n<li>Support the ongoing development of job architecture and data-driven workflows to promote clarity and consistency across teams. <\/ul>\n<p> <strong>Compensation Partner III Qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>6 to 8 years of progressive experience in compensation or total rewards roles with increasing scope and impact.\n<li>Strong knowledge of U.S. compensation laws and compliance standards, including federal, state, and local regulations.\n<li>Expertise in Excel and Google Sheets, capable of complex modeling, scenario analysis, and data visualization.\n<li>Demonstrated ability to interpret data insights and communicate recommendations effectively to diverse audiences, including senior leadership.\n<li>Experience with international compensation practices and familiarity with Workday is preferred. <\/ul>\n<p> <strong>Perks and Benefits:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance.\n<li>Life Insurance.\n<li>401(k) Program.\n<li>Commuter Benefit.\n<li>eLearning and Ongoing Training.\n<li>Education Reimbursement. <\/ul>\n<p> Eligibility requires working over 30 hours per week on an assignment lasting at least 10 weeks.<\/p>\n<p>If you meet the qualifications and are excited about this opportunity, apply today!
