Join a dynamic organization committed to enhancing payment product experiences through clear, accessible content.<\/p>\n<p> <strong>Sr Content Designer Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>UX writing for apps, web, and complex process screens\n<li>Supporting legacy redesigns and net new product launches\n<li>Ensuring clarity, accuracy, and regulatory compliance\n<li>Acting as on-call support for high priority content needs\n<li>Develop clear, engaging help articles, FAQs, tooltips, and educational materials for payments products to support user onboarding and activation.\n<li>Ensure content consistency by contributing to style guides, content patterns, and design standards.\n<li>Create reusable content components and identify opportunities for standardization across platforms. <\/ul>\n<p><strong>Sr Content Designer Qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Over 5 years of experience in content design, UX writing, or related fields with a strong portfolio.\n<li>Proven ability to craft help and instructional content for digital products.\n<li>Experience working within established design systems and content standards.\n<li>Skilled in collaborating with product and technology teams, with strong stakeholder management skills.\n<li>Proficiency with tools such as Figma, Lucid, Confluence, or Miro.
