The role involves strategic planning, campaign management, and data analysis to optimize performance and ROI.<\/p>\n<p> <strong>Director of Growth Marketing Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop and implement comprehensive paid media strategies across multiple platforms, including Search, Performance Max, YouTube, and Display, with a focus on lead volume and quality.\n<li>Design and structure campaign architecture, including audience segmentation, bidding strategies, and negative management to ensure efficiency.\n<li>Monitor daily campaign performance, budget pacing, and troubleshoot issues related to tracking, attribution, and lead flow.\n<li>Collaborate with creative teams to inform messaging and asset development based on performance insights.\n<li>Generate detailed reports on campaign performance, spend, leads, CPL, and other key metrics for leadership review. <\/ul>\n<p> <strong>Director of Growth Marketing Qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Over 8 years of direct experience managing Google Ads campaigns in environments focused on lead generation or high-intent acquisition.\n<li>Proficiency with Search, Performance Max, YouTube, Display, and automated bidding tactics like tCPA and tROAS.\n<li>Experience overseeing significant monthly budgets with clear accountability for return on investment.\n<li>Knowledge of Google Marketing Platform tools including GA4, GTM, and troubleshooting attribution discrepancies.\n<li>Ability to operate autonomously in a fast-paced setting with strong analytical and strategic skills. <\/ul>\n<p> If you meet the qualifications and are excited about this opportunity, apply today!
