This urgent, short-term freelance <strong>Temp<\/strong> role is <strong>pharmaceutical proofreader<\/strong> in a<strong> fully remote setup.<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><strong>15 hours per week<br \/> Duration under 4 weeks<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><strong>Pharma Labeling Proofreader (Supply Chain \/ Regulatory) Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Perform line-by-line comparison of newly generated package inserts to approved or source documentation.\n<li>Verify there are no omissions, additions, or discrepancies compared with approved inserts.\n<li>Ensure accuracy of all content and maintain formatting consistency across materials.\n<li>Identify, flag, and document any errors or mismatches found during proofreading.\n<li>Deliver an annotated proof, a discrepancy summary\/report, and a proofreading completion confirmation. <\/ul>\n<p><strong>Pharma Labeling Proofreader (Supply Chain \/ Regulatory) Qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>10+ years of experience\n<li>Have proven experience proofreading and performing document comparison work in a regulated context.\n<li>Demonstrate strong attention to detail with QA\/QC workflows for high-accuracy, zero-error environments.\n<li>Have experience working with pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device content.\n<li>Have medical\/regulatory experience reviewing or validating prescription drug package inserts.\n<li>Be able to complete proofreading deliverables within 24-48 hours max for each request. <\/ul>\n<p><strong>Perks and Benefits:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance.\n<li>Life Insurance.\n<li>401(k) Program.\n<li>Commuter Benefit.\n<li>eLearning and Ongoing Training.\n<li>Education Reimbursement.\n<li>Eligibility requires working over 30 hours per week on an assignment lasting at least 10 weeks. <\/ul>\n<p>If you meet the qualifications and are excited about this opportunity, apply today!
