Our client is hiring for an on-site temp role in support of a community-focused approach. In this role, you&#8217;ll partner with leaders to strengthen social presence and community engagement.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><strong>Social Media Manager Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Partner with senior leadership to implement the content strategy with precision and purpose.\n<li>Oversee strategy and creative execution for key social media campaigns, coordinating with agencies on creative and paid media.\n<li>Use social publishing tools to manage tagging, metadata, and quality assurance for accurate reporting and insights.\n<li>Lead the strategy for the &#8220;My Local Social&#8221; program, including content direction and technology implementation via a custom employee mobile application.\n<li>Collaborate with internal teams and partners to ensure creative output aligns with brand strategy and content territories. <\/ul>\n<p><strong>Social Media Manager Qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>5+ years of experience in social media marketing, content strategy, or digital marketing, preferably in retail or e-commerce.\n<li>Strong understanding of social media platforms, content strategy, and publishing tools, with Sprinklr experience strongly preferred.\n<li>Growing analytical skills, including experience with social media metrics and reporting and translating data into actionable insights.\n<li>Experience supporting organic and paid social media strategies to create cohesive customer journeys.\n<li>Experience leading local or community-focused social initiatives, with strong project management skills. <\/ul>\n<p><strong>Perks and Benefits:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance.\n<li>Life Insurance.\n<li>401(k) Program.\n<li>Commuter Benefit.\n<li>eLearning and Ongoing Training.\n<li>Education Reimbursement. <\/ul>\n<p><em>Eligibility requires working over 30 hours per week on an assignment lasting at least 10 weeks.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>If you meet the qualifications and are excited about this opportunity, apply today!
