Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Troubleshoot product and technical issues for clients and internal teams\n<li>Assess the severity and scope of issues, inquiries, and requests to determine the appropriate resolution path\n<li>Communicate clearly and professionally with clients via phone and email\n<li>Manage and track client issues in Salesforce, escalating complex cases with detailed documentation\n<li>Educate customers on product usage and stay up to date on product and service updates <\/ul>\n<p><strong>Technical Support Specialist Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience working directly with clients, including screen shares and real-time issue resolution\n<li>Background in healthcare\n<li>Proficiency with <strong>Salesforce<\/strong> for ticketing, handling high-volume queues (200+ tickets daily)\n<li>Familiarity with <strong>Jira<\/strong>\n<li>Strong communication skills and confidence handling
