We’re partnering with a leading mining development organization to hire a Construction Manager<\/strong> for a large-scale, high-impact project. This is a key leadership role responsible for driving construction execution across a complex industrial site–ensuring delivery is safe, on time, and on budget<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

If you bring deep experience in mining, heavy industrial, or infrastructure construction<\/strong> and enjoy leading field execution teams while working cross-functionally with engineering and operations, this is an opportunity to play a critical role in a flagship project.<\/p>\n

Idaho (Boise \/ Donnelly \/ Remote Flex) | Travel Required<\/p>\n

Construction Manager Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/h3>\n
    \n
  • Lead end-to-end construction execution, including planning, scheduling, and cost control\n
  • Oversee daily on-site construction activities and contractor performance\n
  • Partner closely with Engineering, Procurement, and Operations teams\n
  • Drive a safety-first culture<\/strong> (MSHA\/OSHA compliance) across all site activities\n
  • Manage subcontractors, bid evaluations, and contract performance\n
  • Track project progress, budgets, and KPIs; implement mitigation strategies as needed\n
  • Ensure compliance with environmental regulations, permits, and quality standards\n
  • Support commissioning and transition of completed work to Operations <\/ul>\n

    Construction Manager Qualifications:<\/strong><\/h3>\n
      \n
    • 15+ years of construction management experience in mining, heavy industrial, energy, or infrastructure projects<\/strong>\n
    • Strong background across earthworks, structural steel, concrete, and MEP systems<\/strong>\n
    • Proven success managing contractors and large field teams\n
    • Deep understanding of MSHA\/OSHA safety standards<\/strong>\n
    • Strong project management, problem-solving, and stakeholder communication skills\n
    • Experience working in remote or large-scale project environments <\/ul>\n
        \n
      • High-visibility role on a major mining project<\/strong> with long-term impact\n
      • Flexibility in location (Boise, Donnelly, or remote with travel)\n
      • Opportunity to lead large-scale construction efforts from execution through commissioning\n
      • Work alongside experienced engineering, operations, and project leadership teams <\/ul>\n

        • Travel required to project site and related locations\n
        • Combination of office and field-based work in remote terrain\n
