This role is based on-site and is a temporary position. The position offers an excellent opportunity to develop skills within cash collection and account reconciliation functions, contributing to the company&#8217;s financial health and efficiency.<\/p>\n<p><strong>OTC Collections Analyst Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Manage the collection of approximately $100M in ad sales linear receivables to ensure timely cash inflows.\n<li>Reach out to customers via email and phone to collect overdue payments and resolve aged accounts.\n<li>Maintain detailed records of customer contact and follow-up activities regarding outstanding receivables.\n<li>Collaborate with other departments to identify causes of payment delays and determine corrective actions.\n<li>Prepare and analyze routine reports, including aging and discrepancy reports, to monitor collection progress and escalate concerns as needed. <\/ul>\n<p><strong>OTC Collections Analyst Qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>At least 1 year of experience in a collections or account receivable role.\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics preferred.\n<li>Basic knowledge of accounting principles.\n<li>Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.\n<li>Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.\n<li>Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt in a fast-paced environment.\n<li>Demonstrated integrity and team-oriented approach.\n<li>Collections experience and cable industry knowledge are a plus.\n<li>Language skills are advantageous. <\/ul>\n<p><strong>Perks and Benefits:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance.\n<li>Life Insurance.\n<li>401(k) Program.\n<li>Commuter Benefit.\n<li>eLearning and Ongoing Training.\n<li>Education Reimbursement. <\/ul>\n<p>Eligibility requires working over 30 hours per week on an assignment lasting at least 10 weeks.<\/p>\n<p>If you meet the qualifications and are excited about this opportunity, apply today!
