This opportunity is located in Hingham, MA. Hybrid&#8211;on-site 2 days per week, plus event attendance. Contract until the end of the year. Must have large-scale corporate experience. <\/p>\n<p><strong>Events Manager Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead the planning and execution of corporate events, experiential programs, and large-scale activations.\n<li>Collaborate with senior leadership to manage projects from conception to completion, ensuring alignment with objectives.\n<li>Develop detailed event plans, schedules, and workflows using tools like Workfront.\n<li>Coordinate efforts across internal teams and external vendors, managing multiple priorities simultaneously.\n<li>Handle end-to-end logistics, including vendor sourcing, onsite coordination, and budget management. <\/ul>\n<p><strong>Events Manager Qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>4-10 years of experience in event management, experiential marketing, or project management.\n<li>Proven track record managing corporate events, conferences, and tradeshows.\n<li>Strong skills in project management, budgeting, and vendor relations.\n<li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with Workfront preferred.\n<li>Familiarity with CRM systems, event platforms (e.g., Cvent), and virtual event tools. <\/ul>\n<p><strong>Perks and Benefits:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance.\n<li>Life Insurance.\n<li>401(k) Program.\n<li>Commuter Benefit.\n<li>eLearning and Ongoing Training.\n<li>Education Reimbursement. <\/ul>\n<p>Eligibility requires working over 30 hours per week on an assignment lasting at least 10 weeks.<\/p>\n<p>If you meet the qualifications and are excited about this opportunity, apply today!
