The position offers the opportunity to act as a strategic HR advisor and drive organizational success through talent and performance management.<\/p>\n<p> <strong>Senior Human Resources Business Partner Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Act as a strategic advisor to leadership teams, aligning HR strategies with business goals.\n<li>Develop an understanding of operational needs to support growth and organizational priorities.\n<li>Lead initiatives related to change management, talent acquisition, and workforce planning.\n<li>Partner with HR leadership to analyze workforce data and recommend process improvements.\n<li>Manage employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, reviews, and offboarding activities. <\/ul>\n<p> <strong>Senior Human Resources Business Partner Qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s degree required.\n<li>8+ years of progressive HR management experience in large, complex organizations.\n<li>Experience working within a professional services or similar environment is preferred.\n<li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and HRIS systems, with UKG experience a plus.\n<li>Knowledge of multi-state employment laws, employee relations, and organizational development; certifications such as PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP are preferred. <\/ul>\n<p> If you meet the qualifications and are excited about this opportunity, apply today!
