This temporary role is based on-site and offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to advanced targeting and mission-system hardware development. <\/p>\n<p><strong>Principal Electrical Engineer (PCBA\/Hardware) Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Design and develop detailed board-level electrical hardware, including schematic creation and component selection.\n<li>Manage electrical interfaces across different domains such as digital, analog, and power.\n<li>Lead or assist in the integration of processors, sensors, and high-speed interfaces up to 10 Gbps.\n<li>Work closely with layout teams to ensure signal integrity, manufacturability, and compliance.\n<li>Perform board bring-up, electrical debugging, validation, and troubleshooting during development and early production stages. <\/ul>\n<p><strong>Principal Electrical Engineer (PCBA\/Hardware) Qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering; Master&#8217;s preferred.\n<li>Minimum of 8 years of experience in electronic hardware design and development.\n<li>Experience working in fast-paced, high-reliability engineering environments.\n<li>Proficiency with schematic capture tools such as Mentor Graphics Xpedition.\n<li>Familiarity with analysis and simulation tools like LTSPICE; knowledge of MIL-STD, DO-254, or aerospace\/defense standards is a plus. <\/ul>\n<p><strong>Perks and Benefits:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance.\n<li>Life Insurance.\n<li>401(k) Program.\n<li>Commuter Benefit.\n<li>eLearning and Ongoing Training.\n<li>Education Reimbursement. <\/ul>\n<p><em>Eligibility requires working over 30 hours per week on an assignment lasting at least 10 weeks.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>If you meet the qualifications and are excited about this opportunity, apply today!
