We’re partnering with a manufacturing client<\/strong> to hire a dependable Shipping & Receiving Inventory Clerk<\/strong> to support a busy production environment. This is an on-site, contract-to-hire<\/strong> opportunity in Two Rivers, WI<\/strong>, ideal for someone who’s organized, accurate, and comfortable owning both inventory movements<\/strong> and shipping coordination<\/strong> to keep orders moving on time.<\/h3>\n

Shipping & Receiving Inventory Clerk Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/h3>\n
    \n
  • Ship finished product<\/strong> according to customer packaging\/labeling requirements and safety standards\n
  • Receive inbound materials<\/strong>: verify counts\/part numbers, inspect for damage, and document\/report discrepancies\n
  • Schedule and coordinate carrier pickups<\/strong>, resolve shipment issues, and help troubleshoot delivery problems\n
  • Process and maintain clean inventory transactions<\/strong> (receipts, transfers, staging, shipping deductions) to support accuracy and audit readiness\n
  • Receive against purchase orders (POs)<\/strong>, ensure proper paperwork, and communicate exceptions (shortages, incorrect items, damage) <\/ul>\n

    Shipping & Receiving Inventory Clerk Qualifications:<\/strong><\/h3>\n
      \n
    • High school diploma or equivalent\n
    • 2+ years<\/strong> in shipping\/receiving, inventory control, warehouse, or related operations\n
    • Manufacturing experience preferred (metal fabrication\/machine shop<\/strong> a plus)\n
    • Familiarity with ERP\/MRP systems<\/strong> and\/or shipping software is a plus\n
    • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs regularly<\/strong> and up to 50 lbs occasionally<\/strong>; forklift cert<\/strong> or willingness to obtain preferred <\/ul>\n
