A precision manufacturing team is seeking a 1st Shift Precision Production Set-Up Operator (Mills & Lathes) to support on-site machining operations. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work in a high-accuracy environment and wants to grow their skills alongside an experienced production team.<\/p>\n

1st Shift Precision Production Set-Up Operator (Mills & Lathes)<\/strong> <\/span>Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/h3>\n
    \n
  • Set up and run mills and lathes based on work orders, schedules, and shop instructions.\n
  • Load\/unload parts and handle materials while following established quality and manufacturing standards.\n
  • Complete finishing tasks such as cleaning, deburring, and packaging per job requirements.\n
  • Track piece counts, perform in-process checks, and keep production paperwork\/logs up to date.\n
  • Assist with routine machine care (or flag maintenance needs) and maintain a clean, safe workspace. <\/ul>\n

    1st Shift Precision Production Set-Up Operator (Mills & Lathes)<\/strong> <\/span>Qualifications:<\/strong><\/h3>\n
      \n
    • Setup experience on mills\/lathes is preferred (entry-level may be considered depending on shift needs).\n
    • Dependable, safety-minded, and able to work with minimal supervision.\n
    • Comfortable with basic computer use for documentation\/reporting.\n
    • Able to stand for long periods, perform repetitive tasks, and lift up to 40 lbs.\n
    • Vision and hearing requirements: able to work safely with shop conditions; moderate hearing loss and color vision limitations may be acceptable. <\/ul>\n
