We’re partnering with our client, a manufacturing company, to find a skilled Welder\/Fitter. This role is based in Honey Brook, PA, and requires on-site presence. The position involves preparing and welding various alloys, interpreting blueprints, and supporting quality standards. It’s suitable for candidates with welding experience and a safety-conscious mindset. This is a hands-on role for experienced welders and fitters contributing to fabrication and assembly projects.<\/p>\n
Welder\/Fitter Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n Safely prepare and assemble alloys according to technical drawings and specifications.<\/p>\n Set up, calibrate, and operate welding machines and plasma cutters properly.<\/p>\n Interpret blueprints, including welding symbols from ASME and AWS standards.<\/p>\n Maintain safety by following proper procedures during equipment setup and welding operations.<\/p>\n Perform basic nondestructive testing (NDT) like liquid penetrant and visual inspections as required.<\/p>\n<\/ul>\n Welder\/Fitter Qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n Demonstrated safety awareness in industrial settings.<\/p>\n Ability to read measurement tools with high precision, such as tape measures to 1\/64 inch.<\/p>\n Proven experience with multiple welding techniques including SAW, FCAW, GMAW, GTAW.<\/p>\n Minimum of five years of welding and fitting experience, specifically with ASME pressure vessel standards.<\/p>\n Formal welding training or equivalent practical experience of three or more years is required.<\/p>\n<\/ul>\n If you meet the qualifications and are excited about this opportunity, apply today!
