This is an <strong>on-site permanent<\/strong> role focused on learning and supporting core HR operations.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Human Resources Associate (Generalist) Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Support end-to-end recruiting and onboarding activities, including interviews, orientations, background checks, and employee system setup.\n<li>Administer leave and accommodation processes by coordinating requests, documentation, and employee communications.\n<li>Manage time and attendance tasks in ADP, including reviewing timecards and resolving related issues.\n<li>Serve as a primary contact for employee relations matters, providing confidential support for morale, workplace conflict, and performance concerns.\n<li>Coordinate performance management administration, including counseling documentation, investigations support, terminations, and review-cycle organization. <\/ul>\n<p><strong>Human Resources Associate (Generalist) Qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>College degree.\n<li>3+ years of related professional experience.\n<li>Strong written and verbal communication skills, with discretion, integrity, and sound judgment.\n<li>Proficiency with relevant computer skills and HR administration, including familiarity with ADP.\n<li>Knowledge of employee relations, performance management, time and attendance, and benefits administration. <\/ul>\n<p><strong>Perks and Benefits:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance.\n<li>Life Insurance.\n<li>401(k) Program.\n<li>Commuter Benefit.\n<li>eLearning and Ongoing Training.\n<li>Education Reimbursement. <\/ul>\n<p><em> Eligibility requires working over 30 hours per week on an assignment lasting at least 10 weeks.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>If you meet the qualifications and are excited about this opportunity, apply today!
