This Temp role is based on-site in our location requirements. The position offers an exciting opportunity to support payroll operations and ensure compliance in a dynamic environment.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Payroll Analyst Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Review and verify payroll data, including timesheets and off-cycle checks, ensuring proper documentation and authorization.\n<li>Generate, analyze, and resolve discrepancies in payroll reports prior to processing.\n<li>Communicate with managers and supervisors regarding payroll adjustments, pay issues, and corrections.\n<li>Support payroll systems such as UKG Workforce Management, troubleshooting and interpreting processing results.\n<li>Manage payroll inquiries from start to finish, applying escalation procedures for complex issues or system errors. <\/ul>\n<p><strong>Payroll Analyst Qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum of 3 years of payroll processing experience, preferably in a high-volume, multi-entity, unionized environment.\n<li>Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office Suite, with experience using formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis tools.\n<li>Hands-on experience with payroll software systems such as Workday Payroll, ADP Enterprise, and UKG Workforce Dimensions.\n<li>Education: Bachelor&#8217;s degree in accounting, finance, or related field preferred; experience may substitute for degree.\n<li>Certification such as CPP or FPC is preferred or must be obtained within one year of hire. <\/ul>\n<p><strong>Perks and Benefits:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance.\n<li>Life Insurance.\n<li>401(k) Program.\n<li>Commuter Benefit.\n<li>eLearning and Ongoing Training.\n<li>Education Reimbursement. <\/ul>\n<p><em>Eligibility requires working over 30 hours per week on an assignment lasting at least 10 weeks.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>If you meet the qualifications and are excited about this opportunity, apply today!
