This role is responsible for driving product improvements, developing and enhancing control systems, troubleshooting electrical and automation issues, and supporting the launch of new equipment and technologies. <span style=\"font-family: Verdana;\">There is no application deadline for this role.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>Electrical Controls Engineer<\/strong> <strong>Responsibilities<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead initiatives for process improvements and new product development, ensuring all electrical and controls aspects meet testing and qualification standards before release.\n<li>Oversee upgrades and revisions to control systems, including hardware and software modifications, documentation, and validation.\n<li>Provide technical support and troubleshooting for complex electrical and control system issues in the field.\n<li>Develop and maintain PLC control programs, drawings, and lifecycle documentation, ensuring compliance with standards.\n<li>Collaborate with suppliers and regulatory teams to implement product enhancements and ensure quality standards are met. <\/ul>\n<p><strong>Electrical Controls Engineer<\/strong> <strong>Qualifications<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>BS degree in Electrical Engineering or related field with relevant experience.\n<li>Proven expertise in ladder logic programming and proficiency with RS Logix 500 &#038; 5000.\n<li>Full understanding of P&#038;ID, process, and electrical wiring diagrams.\n<li>Experience with control hardware such as Proface, PanelView, and communication protocols.\n<li>Strong technical writing skills, familiarity with cGMP validation protocols, and ability to perform all essential job functions with or without accommodations. <\/ul>\n<p>If you meet the qualifications and are excited about this opportunity, apply today!
