Join a dynamic organization dedicated to expanding performance and customer engagement. <span style=\"font-family: Verdana;\">There is no application deadline for this role.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>Director of eCommerce Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead the development and execution of strategies to maximize revenue, conversion rates, and average order values across the company&#8217;s direct-to-consumer sites.\n<li>Manage and optimize the full customer journey, from content engagement to purchase, subscription, and repeat sales.\n<li>Oversee the technical performance, functionality, and integrations of multiple ecommerce platforms and content sites.\n<li>Own the CRO roadmap, including landing pages, product detail pages, cart, checkout, and account portals, focusing on friction reduction and experience enhancement.\n<li>Drive subscription growth through program management, platform optimization, and retention initiatives. <\/ul>\n<p><strong>Director of eCommerce Qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Over 12 years of experience in DTC ecommerce, with a minimum of 3 years managing site P&#038;L and leading teams or agencies at a senior or director level.\n<li>Hands-on expertise with Shopify Plus, WordPress, and subscription platforms such as Recharge or OrderGroove.\n<li>Proven track record of significantly improving key performance metrics like CVR, AOV, RPV, and subscription attach rates.\n<li>Strong analytical skills with experience in GA4, attribution tools, and data interpretation.\n<li>Familiarity with the regulations and claims considerations in the supplement or similar health-related industries. <\/ul>\n<p><strong>Perks and Benefits:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance.\n<li>Life Insurance.\n<li>401(k) Program.\n<li>Commuter Benefit.\n<li>eLearning and Ongoing Training.\n<li>Education Reimbursement. <\/ul>\n<p><em>Eligibility requires working over 30 hours per week on an assignment lasting at least 10 weeks.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>If you meet the qualifications and are excited about this opportunity, apply today!
