This temporary role is open to candidates across the US and has a duration of approximately 10 to 26 weeks. The position involves managing leave of absence programs, benefits invoicing, and supporting employee inquiries with expertise and discretion. <span style=\"font-family: Verdana;\">There is no application deadline for this role.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>Benefits &#038; LOA Specialist Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Serve as the main contact for North American leave cases, including FMLA, ADA, PFL, LTD, and STD, ensuring accurate recordkeeping from start to return.\n<li>Clearly communicate leave policies, eligibility criteria, and procedures to employees and managers.\n<li>Create bi-weekly payroll files, calculating payments for leave periods and parental top-up.\n<li>Review and process benefits invoicing and billing documents.\n<li>Liaise with external vendors and carriers to coordinate leave and benefits administration, maintaining compliance with federal and state regulations. <\/ul>\n<p><strong>Benefits &#038; LOA Specialist Qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>At least 3 years of direct experience in managing North American leave of absence programs (FMLA, STD, LTD, PFL, ADA) &#8212; this is a must.\n<li>Proven experience with benefits invoicing and vendor coordination.\n<li>Strong independent work ethic and ability to quickly adapt to specific tools and processes.\n<li>Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex policies in plain, reassuring language.\n<li>Highly organized, detail-oriented, and discreet with sensitive employee information. <\/ul>\n<p><strong>Perks and Benefits:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance.\n<li>Life Insurance.\n<li>401(k) Program.\n<li>Commuter Benefit.\n<li>eLearning and Ongoing Training.\n<li>Education Reimbursement. <\/ul>\n<p><em>Eligibility requires working over 30 hours per week on an assignment lasting at least 10 weeks.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>If you meet the qualifications and are excited about this opportunity, apply today!
