We’re partnering with our client, a respected multidisciplinary engineering firm, to find a Senior Electrical Designer<\/strong> for their Newport Beach, California office. This is a full-time opportunity for an experienced electrical professional who enjoys working on a diverse mix of commercial, healthcare, education, mixed-use, and institutional projects while collaborating with a highly skilled engineering team.<\/h3>\n

Senior Electrical Designer Responsibilities:<\/h3>\n
    \n
  • Lead the design and development of building electrical systems, including power distribution, lighting, and related infrastructure for commercial and institutional projects.\n
  • Coordinate with architects, contractors, owners, and internal engineering teams to deliver accurate, high-quality construction documents using AutoCAD and Revit.\n
  • Support projects through construction by responding to field questions, resolving design issues, and ensuring successful project execution. <\/ul>\n

    Senior Electrical Designer Qualifications:<\/h3>\n
      \n
    • 7+ years of electrical design or electrical engineering experience in building systems and power distribution.\n
    • Proficiency with AutoCAD and Revit, along with experience producing construction documents for commercial, healthcare, education, or institutional facilities.\n
    • Strong understanding of electrical codes and standards; California project experience, PE licensure, DSA, HCAI, SKM, ETAP, or Title 24 knowledge is a plus. <\/ul>\n
