The position requires coordination with internal and external stakeholders and ensuring accurate audit validation.<\/p>\n<p>The application deadline for this role is 10\/27\/2026.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Licensing Audit Analyst Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Oversee the full lifecycle of licensing audits, including defining scope, managing timelines, and coordinating with stakeholders.\n<li>Act as the main contact point for external audit firms, licensors, and licensees during active engagements.\n<li>Review and validate audit results, financial calculations, and contractual agreements; lead dispute resolution and settlement efforts.\n<li>Develop and deliver reports, dashboards, and summaries of audit findings to management.\n<li>Collaborate with finance, legal, commercial, brand management, and revenue teams on audit-related inquiries and documentation. <\/ul>\n<p><strong>Licensing Audit Analyst Qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s degree in accounting, finance, business administration, legal studies, or a related field.\n<li>At least 3 years of experience in licensing, royalty audits, contract compliance, or related financial audits, with independent management of audit engagements.\n<li>Understanding of licensing agreements, royalty provisions, audit rights, and financial contractual terms.\n<li>Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills, capable of summarizing complex information.\n<li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications; experience with audit tracking or royalty systems is a plus.
