The position involves developing innovative tools and resources to improve efficiency and consistency for our client&#8217;s Funds practice.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Funds Innovation &#038; Knowledge Management Attorney Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Create and update reference materials and library resources related to fund formation, negotiations, and operations.\n<li>Refresh and maintain model legal documents, offering templates and checklists for fund and secondary transactions.\n<li>Standardize workflows for key processes to ensure consistency across fund activities.\n<li>Identify and pilot AI and legal technology solutions to enhance document generation and compliance workflows.\n<li>Lead the adoption of new tools by developing training materials, tracking usage, and reporting on outcomes. <\/ul>\n<p><strong>Funds Innovation &#038; Knowledge Management Attorney Qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>J.D. degree with active Illinois bar admission.\n<li>Over four years of relevant experience, ideally in private funds, investment management, or related transactional work.\n<li>Experience with fund formation, investor negotiations, side letters, and regulatory filings preferred.\n<li>Ability to collaborate with senior attorneys on process design and knowledge management initiatives.\n<li>Strong project management, analytical, and drafting skills with sound judgment in a team setting. <\/ul>\n<p>If you meet the qualifications and are excited about this opportunity, apply today!
