This team values clear communication, cross-functional partnership, and practical problem-solving to improve how work gets done.<\/p>\n<p>You&#8217;ll join the Enterprise Systems \/ Process Improvement team to lead process discovery and mapping sessions, document current-state workflows, and recommend future-state improvements and standardization. This is a10-12 week (W2) contract opportunity (with potential extension). The role is fully remote (U.S.-based; core hours aligned to EST or CST).<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\" style=\"margin: 0.0px 0.0px 10.0px;font-style: normal;font-variant: normal;font-size-adjust: none;font-stretch: normal;font-size: 10.0px;line-height: normal;font-family: Verdana;\"><span class=\"s1\" style=\"\">There is no application deadline for this role.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3>Business Process Analyst (Level 2) Responsibilities:<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Facilitate working sessions with stakeholders to understand current processes\n<li>Document end-to-end current-state workflows (decision points, systems, inputs\/outputs)\n<li>Build process maps (including swim lanes) using tools such as <strong>Lucidchart<\/strong> (or similar)\n<li>Identify process variations across teams\/segments\/functions\n<li>Analyze processes to find bottlenecks, unclear ownership, duplicate effort, manual work, and gaps\n<li>Partner with stakeholders to propose future-state process recommendations\n<li>Surface opportunities for automation, improved reporting, and stronger process governance\n<li>Create and maintain standardized process documentation and an organized process repository\n<li>Collaborate cross-functionally and serve as a liaison to ensure workflows are accurate and efficient <\/ul>\n<h3>Business Process Analyst (Level 2) Requirements:<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Bachelor&#8217;s degree<\/strong>\n<li><strong>3+ years of relevant experience<\/strong>\n<li>Background aligned with <strong>Industrial Engineering \/ process improvement<\/strong> strongly preferred\n<li>Hands-on experience with <strong>process mapping<\/strong> and tools like <strong>Lucidchart or Visio<\/strong>\n<li>Excellent communication skills and comfort <strong>leading stakeholder meetings<\/strong> <\/ul>\n<h3>Perks &#038; Benefits:<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance\n<li>Life Insurance\n<li>401k Program\n<li>Commuter Benefit\n<li>eLearning\n<li>Education Reimbursement\n<li>Ongoing Training &#038; Development <\/ul>\n<p>*To qualify for our benefits package, you must work over 30 hours per week and the length of assignment must be a minimum of 10 weeks.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":"We&#8217;re looking to hire a Business Process Analyst (Level 2) for an education and learning company.
