In this hybrid, office-primary role, you&#8217;ll serve as the internal owner of paid social&#8211;driving strategy, measurement, testing, and optimization while partnering closely with an external media agency. This role focuses on improving performance and accountability across key paid social channels through data-driven planning and execution.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Paid Social Marketing Manager Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Own paid social planning, governance, and performance oversight across key social platforms.\n<li>Partner with an external media agency to launch, optimize, and scale campaigns while ensuring alignment to business objectives.\n<li>Establish measurement frameworks, KPIs, and reporting processes; translate results into clear recommendations.\n<li>Lead structured testing and experimentation roadmaps (including incrementality and randomized controlled trials) to improve outcomes.\n<li>Oversee tagging, tracking, and measurement infrastructure to ensure data quality and reporting accuracy. <\/ul>\n<p><strong>Paid Social Marketing Manager Qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>5-7 years of paid social experience with hands-on, in-platform execution (required).\n<li>Demonstrated experience running and optimizing campaigns on Meta (Facebook\/Instagram).\n<li>Demonstrated experience running and optimizing campaigns on TikTok.\n<li>Experience building testing and experimentation roadmaps and analyzing results to inform optimization.\n<li>Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to challenge and guide agency recommendations. <\/ul>\n<p><strong>Perks and Benefits:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance.\n<li>Life Insurance.\n<li>401(k) Program.\n<li>Commuter Benefit.\n<li>eLearning and Ongoing Training.\n<li>Education Reimbursement. <\/ul>\n<p><em>Eligibility requires working over 30 hours per week on an assignment lasting at least 10 weeks.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>If you meet the qualifications and are excited about this opportunity, apply today!
