This role supports royalty accounting operations and financial controls, ensuring royalty statements, payments, and reconciliations are processed accurately and on time. This position is Remote &#8211; USA based. <\/p>\n<p>The application deadline for this role is 11\/15\/2026.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Accounting Manager Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Oversee third-party royalty accounting and income processing performed by an external service provider.\n<li>Ensure royalty statements and related payments are received, processed, and recorded accurately within required deadlines.\n<li>Investigate processing exceptions, discrepancies, and system issues, coordinating resolution with cross-functional partners.\n<li>Coordinate SOX controls and support audit requirements, including documentation and evidence collection.\n<li>Lead monthly and annual royalty reconciliations and reviews to identify variances and payment issues. <\/ul>\n<p><strong>Accounting Manager <\/strong><strong>Qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.\n<li>4+ years of experience in royalty accounting, financial operations, accounting controls, publishing operations, or a related field.\n<li>Experience with reconciliations, financial controls, audit support, and general ledger impacts.\n<li>Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including reconciliation and analysis of high-volume transactional data.\n<li>Proven ability to lead and guide off-site\/offshore teams or external service providers supporting accounting operations. <\/ul>\n<p><strong>Perks and Benefits:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance.\n<li>Life Insurance.\n<li>401(k) Program.\n<li>Commuter Benefit.\n<li>eLearning and Ongoing Training.\n<li>Education Reimbursement. <\/ul>\n<p><em> Eligibility requires working over 30 hours per week on an assignment lasting at least 10 weeks.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>If you meet the qualifications and are excited about this opportunity, apply today!
