This role prepares and reviews mutual fund financial statements, shareholder reports, regulatory deliverables, and supporting workpapers while coordinating with accounting partners and auditors to support accurate, compliant reporting. This role is hybrid in Irvine, CA.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Mutual Fund Financial Reporting Analyst Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Prepare and review mutual fund financial statements, shareholder reports, and regulatory reporting deliverables.\n<li>Develop and review workpapers and schedules supporting financial statements and audits.\n<li>Review accounting transactions, general ledger accounts, and reconciliations in accordance with U.S. GAAP.\n<li>Coordinate with Fund Accounting, Legal, Tax, and Valuation teams on accounting, reporting, and disclosure matters.\n<li>Collaborate with offshore resources and external auditors to address reporting and disclosure requirements. <\/ul>\n<p><strong>Mutual Fund Financial Reporting Analyst Qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required.\n<li>2 to 4 years of accounting, financial reporting, or audit experience is required.\n<li>Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications is required.\n<li>Strong attention to detail, numerical aptitude, communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities are required.\n<li>Preferred qualifications include knowledge of U.S. GAAP and SEC requirements applicable to mutual funds, experience in investment management, and familiarity with DFIN ArcReporting. <\/ul>\n<p><strong>Perks and Benefits:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance.\n<li>Life Insurance.\n<li>401(k) Program.\n<li>Commuter Benefit.\n<li>eLearning and Ongoing Training.\n<li>Education Reimbursement. <\/ul>\n<p><em>Eligibility requires working over 30 hours per week on an assignment lasting at least 10 weeks.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>If you meet the qualifications and are excited about this opportunity, apply today!
