He is founder, Chairman & CEO of Onward Healthcare, the nation’s fastest growing provider of healthcare staffing services, and formerly served as Chairman & CEO of Pinnacor, Inc. (formerly Screaming Media, Inc.), a leading provider of software and analytical tools for the financial industry. In 1997, he served as Chairman and CEO for Poppe Tyson and led this company through its successful merger with Modem Media (now a subsidiary of Digitas). In 1986, Kevin co-founded Cross Country Healthcare (NASDAQ: CCRN), one of the nation’s largest healthcare professional placement firms.  

Ken Clark – Executive Vice President, Co-Founder 

Ken has a successful track record managing fast-growth companies in both the technology and staffing industries. Ken is a co-founding employee and Senior Vice President of Travel Staffing for Onward Healthcare, the nation’s fastest growing provider of healthcare staffing services, and manages its staffing operations in addition to developing the company’s marketing and technology strategy. Ken has also served in various technology management roles to include Director of Product Marketing for Pinnacor, Inc. (formerly Screaming Media, Inc.). Ken is a former Field Artillery Captain for the U.S. Army.

Josh Gampel – Vice President

Josh Gampel is one of the nation’s most experienced staffing executives for the internet marketing industry. Over the last six years Josh has helped companies such as Microsoft, Petsmart, Musician’s Friend, Staples, Iron Mountain, TripAdvisor and ADP among others, identify the best talent available to drive their internet marketing strategies. Prior to joining Onward Search, Josh served as the Director of Internet Recruitment for a nationwide executive search firm. In this role, he built a highly successful division dedicated to placing internet marketing professionals at Fortune 1000 companies.

Tom Hull - Vice President of Executive Search

Tom has had a successful career in Executive Search for Interactive Marketing since 1997, where he has cultivated an extensive network of talented professionals nationally. Prior to joining Onward Search, Tom established and built the E-Commerce Practice for a boutique retained firm in New York. Tom was also a partner in an Executive Search firm for 10 years, where he developed relationships with Fortune 1000 firms, agencies, and start-up organizations.
