Onward Search Celebrates Women’s History Month

Celebrate Women's History Month

This March, we were proud to honor and celebrate Women’s History Month with our employees and talent. At Onward Search, we recognize the ongoing struggles and inequalities women face in the workplace and are committed to creating an environment where they can flourish. We hope that by learning about the past and uplifting the women around us, we can truly make a difference.  Here are some of the things we did this month to highlight women’s achievements.

International Women’s Day

On March 8th, we celebrated International Women’s Day by highlighting the amazing women who work at Onward Search. We wanted to recognize and show appreciation for the hard work and achievements our female employees make all year long that contribute to our success.

At Onward Search, we are centered on making this a great place to work for all our  employees. We were recently named a “Best Company for Women” by Comparably, an  employment review site with the mission of providing the most accurate and comprehensive culture  data. Our CEO and Co-Founder, Ken Clark, was also recognized on their list for “Best CEOs for Women.” We currently maintain an A+ average by our female employees and an A+ average for our overall culture. We also rank in the top 5% for Gender and 15% for Diversity when compared to similarly sizedcompanies.

Career Resources for Women:

In honor of Women’s History Month, we created a resource page geared towards Women  professionals in our industry. We curated a list of the top groups, associations, and organizations  dedicated to women’s advancement and success in the creative, marketing, and technology fields   to provide resources to our talent and our Onward community.

Going forward, we will continue to use our platform to celebrate Women pioneers and to stand up against injustice, share resources to help and educate ourselves and others on the stories and the  injustices faced by underrepresented groups in our country.
