We’re hiring a Production Analyst for a hybrid role based in Chicago, IL. This is a 6-month, extendible, convertible contract opportunity with a large financial services company.
In this role, you’ll join the Payments Marketing team to manage a backlog of Commercial Card sales materials that need updating. You’ll work closely with Product Marketing and coordinate feedback and requests from Product-side stakeholders, using established messaging and brand/graphic guidelines provided by the Strategic Client Content team.
This position can sit in Chicago, IL, Dallas-Fort Worth, TX, or Greater NYC.
Production Analyst Responsibilities:

Oversee backlog of sales materials and handle production for refresh efforts.

Ensure effective operation of workflow with Product Marketing and Product stakeholders from brief/intake to finalization, including job status, tracking, and reporting on progress.

Oversee ongoing project progress and allocations across the global marketing team, assign resources (both in-house and freelance/external vendors), and ensure transparency and team-wide understanding of workflow and process.

Organize and prioritize content project requests, including creating project plans and timelines. Track and report progress, and deliver against deadlines.

Partner and collaborate with Product Marketing peers across other business lines and ensure effective, timely coordination with key functional groups, including media relations, internal communications, and brand.

Handle real-time decisions and prioritization of projects across content production and channel activation (digital, social, email, paid, and press/comms), including engagement with senior stakeholders in Marketing and Payments.

Manage timelines, conduct intake/status meetings, and handle budget maintenance to ensure projects are completed within budget.

Ensure content adheres to control, audit, legal, and compliance requirements.
Production Analyst Qualifications:

1-3 years of content marketing, editorial, and operations experience in international B2B and B2C financial or business of technology sectors preferred.

Governance or traffic experience in an agency setting or in-house creative/marketing department a plus.

Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or other related field.

Knowledge of digital marketing tactics, including SEO, email marketing, and web analytics (knowledge of Associated Press style a plus).

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build collaborative relationships and effectively partner across teams, functions, and levels.

Proven end-to-end project management skills with the ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Ability to manage stakeholders from various lines of business.

Self-motivated with critical attention to detail, deadlines, and reporting.

Experience with project management and production tools including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), Adobe Acrobat, SharePoint, and Workfront.
