In this role, you’ll play a pivotal part in the execution of pharmaceutical advertising campaigns, ensuring media investments are effective and compliant with industry standards. You'll collaborate with media planners, social media strategists, vendors, and internal teams to deliver high-impact results. This is a great opportunity to contribute to successful campaigns in a dynamic, client-focused environment.

Media Planner Responsibilities:

Organize and manage Requests for Proposals (RFPs), gathering and structuring partner data to support media planning.

Lead the media contracting process, including the creation and management of insertion and work orders.

Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless campaign execution.

Handle trafficking of advertising materials and maintain up-to-date planning documents such as media calendars and finance trackers.

Serve as the primary contact for vendor billing and invoicing, track media expenditures, update billing calendars, and reconcile budgets.

Ensure all media activities comply with pharmaceutical regulations and industry standards, including the creation of NPP workbooks.

Stay informed on industry guidelines to maintain compliance.
Media Planner Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or a related field.

1-3 years of experience in marketing, healthcare, or media buying.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data effectively.

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Self-motivated and capable of working independently and collaboratively within teams.
