We’re hiring an Associate Director, Operations and Change Management for a remote role based out of Valley Forge, Pennsylvania. This is a 6-month contract opportunity with the potential for extension.
Join our client as a seasoned professional focused on Organizational Development, Change, and Team Effectiveness. In this strategic role, you will support corporate functions and global projects, collaborating closely with HR Business Partners and senior leaders to design and implement high-impact organizational solutions. You’ll play a key part in shaping a high-performance culture and driving change across a global organization. This is a W2 opportunity offering weekly pay and benefits for a 40-hour work week.

Associate Director, Operations and Change Management Responsibilities:

Collaborate with stakeholders to design and execute impactful organizational interventions, enhancing overall effectiveness and fostering a high-performance culture.

Utilize expertise in Organizational Development, Change Management, and Team Development to diagnose and design priority interventions.

Employ a data-driven, consultative approach throughout the project lifecycle, from diagnosis to implementation and sustainability.

Partner with HR colleagues in a matrixed, project-based environment to deliver collaborative solutions.

Provide coaching and mentorship to senior leaders, offering expert guidance to facilitate significant organizational change.

Lead workshops and discussions to boost team effectiveness and engagement.

Oversee enterprise-level and functional initiatives with robust project management skills.
Associate Director, Operations and Change Management Qualifications:
-
Over 5 years of experience in organizational development, with a strong focus on change management and team effectiveness.

Proven track record of delivering impactful organizational interventions in complex, global settings.

Experience working with senior leaders, with excellent facilitation and consulting skills.
-
Results-oriented, with a history of implementing practical, value-adding initiatives.
-
Strong understanding of people, culture, and organizational behavior concepts.
-
Skilled in leveraging data to inform organizational strategies.
-
High self-awareness and emotional intelligence.
-
Exceptional planning and organizational skills, adept at managing multiple priorities.

Global mindset with cultural sensitivity and adaptability in a contract role.
