Onward Search is a specialized staffing and talent solutions company that helps professionals find top jobs with the nation’s leading brands. Our client, a leading private credit and healthcare investment firm, seeks a part-time Marketing & Communications Consultant to build and execute digital marketing strategies that support fundraising and investor engagement. This role will drive their brand presence, content strategy, and communication initiatives across LinkedIn and direct email marketing channels

This will be a 6 month contract, 100% remote and 30 hours a month.

Marketing Communication Consultant Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage a consistent LinkedIn content calendar (2–3 posts per week).

  • Collaborate with executives to produce thought leadership and firm updates.

  • Curate and repurpose content from portfolio companies and internal interviews.

  • Design and distribute investor email newsletters and announcements.

  • Track and report analytics on engagement and campaign performance.


Marketing Communications Consultant Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, communications, or digital content strategy, ideally within financial services, private equity, or investment management.

  • Proven track record managing LinkedIn and email marketing campaigns.

  • Excellent writing, editing, and brand storytelling skills.

  • Strong familiarity with analytics and marketing automation tools.
