Onward Search is a specialized staffing and talent solutions company that helps professionals find top jobs with the nation’s leading brands. We’re hiring a Freelance Website Producer for a part-time, remote opportunity with our client, a global outdoor apparel retail brand.

In this role, you'll play a pivotal part in delivering engaging digital content and campaigns across a variety of web platforms. You'll collaborate cross-functionally with teams including Design, Marketing, and Production to bring digital storytelling and product launches to life, ensuring a seamless user experience across the client’s digital properties.

Website Producer Responsibilities:

  • Execute weekly campaign and article builds in collaboration with the Production Partner.

  • Support the launch of product and purpose-driven campaigns, ensuring alignment with digital standards.

  • Perform content updates, quality assurance, and troubleshooting to maintain top-tier digital delivery.

  • Collaborate with Design, Marketing, Strategy, and Production teams to transform Figma designs into web-ready experiences.

  • Oversee web production and quality assurance for various projects, including eCommerce and global content marketing.

  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely project delivery and efficient approval processes.

  • Partner with the Build and Release Manager to plan deployment timelines and uphold quality standards.

  • Facilitate collaboration among regional Web Producers, Digital Designers, Editors, and other partners to meet deadlines.

  • Implement SEO updates and best practices as directed by the Search and Optimization team.

  • Maintain site copy and functionality to ensure an optimal user experience, addressing issues promptly.

  • Conduct ongoing quality assurance of product information, imagery, and site functionality for consistency and accuracy.

Website Producer Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years of experience in digital production, web publishing, or related fields.

  • Proficiency in HTML and CSS, with experience in web page building and site maintenance.

  • Familiarity with content management systems and eCommerce architecture, preferably Salesforce Commerce Cloud.

  • Strong knowledge of Dreamweaver, Figma, and similar digital production tools.

  • Understanding of web accessibility, optimization, and digital best practices.

  • Experience collaborating with global teams and supporting international digital environments.

  • Proficiency in managing content via WordPress or similar CMS.

  • Excellent communication skills and strong analytical, problem-solving, and QA capabilities.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with high attention to detail.
