We’re hiring a Salesforce Solutions Architect for a remote contract opportunity based out of Hartford, Connecticut. This is a 6–9 month contract role with the potential to convert to direct hire.

We’re looking for a hands-on Salesforce Solutions Architect to support multiple enterprise-level SAFe/Agile programs. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on solving complex integration challenges, guiding technical strategy, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to build mission-critical platforms in the healthcare space.

Salesforce Solutions Architect Responsibilities:

• Receive epics/features and architectural guidance from Train Architect, translating business needs into actionable solutions.

• Partner closely with the Product Owner, Business Analysts, and Technical Leads to clarify, refine, and validate requirements.

• Engage with Solution Domain Leads to ensure architectural alignment across domains.

• Collaborate with the Integration Architect to create solution artifacts (diagrams, architecture sketches, presentations, etc.).

• Continuously expand subject-matter expertise across business processes and technical systems.

Salesforce Solutions Architect Qualifications:

• Must have extensive experience with Salesforce.

• Extensive systems integration experience, particularly within complex, distributed enterprise environments.

• Strong background in designing and developing large-scale systems using disciplined architectural practices.

• Track record contributing to or leading teams on large/complex technical platforms.

• Architecture or engineering experience with AWS, GCP, Azure, and cloud-native services.

• Strong understanding of RDBMS and NoSQL platforms (e.g., MongoDB), including normalization strategies, sharding, and denormalization patterns.
