Our client, a renowned clothing brand with a rich heritage and a focus on timeless style, is seeking a dynamic Marketing Director to enhance brand presence and drive sales across both digital and physical platforms. This role will lead the development of innovative marketing strategies, spearhead creative campaigns, and ensure cohesive storytelling across channels to elevate the brand and engage its target audience.

Fashion Marketing Director Responsibilities:

• Craft and implement a marketing strategy that aligns with the brand's story, aesthetic, and values.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, sales, and finance, to ensure cohesive brand messaging.

• Spearhead the creative vision for photoshoots, including casting and styling, to produce compelling visual content for various channels such as lookbooks, websites, and social media.

• Lead digital marketing initiatives, including social media and influencer partnerships, to boost brand awareness and engagement.

• Establish and track KPIs to optimize digital marketing investments.

• Oversee the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, product launches, and strategic partnerships.

• Utilize customer and market data to develop targeted strategies for messaging and media planning.

• Coordinate live events, fashion shows, and public relations activities to elevate the brand's public profile.

• Monitor key performance indicators and manage the marketing budget to maximize return on investment.

Fashion Marketing Director Qualifications:

• Over 10 years of experience in fashion brand marketing, particularly within retail or consumer lifestyle sectors.

• Expertise in Instagram advertising, paid social media, and digital acquisition strategies.

• Proficiency with AI-driven tools for creative and analytical purposes.

• In-depth knowledge of consumer behavior and cultural trends.

• Proven success in executing impactful marketing campaigns across various channels.

• Strong leadership and team management skills.

• Exceptional storytelling ability and a passion for fashion content.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with a data-driven approach.
