We’re hiring a Digital Marketing Specialist for a 10-month contract opportunity with a global marketplace known for its unique and creative goods. This hybrid role is based in New York City and includes onsite work with remote flexibility on remaining days.

In this position, you will support the Creator Collective and Affiliate programs by recruiting and onboarding new partners, optimizing engagement and sales, and managing communications and incentives. Your contributions will directly impact the growth and success of these marketing initiatives. Onward Search provides benefits for a 40-hour work week and weekly W2 paychecks throughout the contract.

Digital Marketing Specialist Responsibilities:

• Creator Program Expansion: Spearhead the recruitment and expansion of creators, collaborating with merchandising teams to align product insights and strategies for international growth.

• InDirect Program Support: Assist in identifying new network opportunities, managing creator negotiations, and executing promotional strategies across various platforms.

• Paid Social Content Management: Source and manage top-performing creators for social media ads, ensuring a continuous flow of engaging content for platforms like TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube, and Meta.

• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with analytics, legal, and engineering teams to prioritize work streams and enhance program effectiveness.

• Newsletter and Email Marketing: Utilize platforms like Braze to create and manage newsletters, aligning email content with broader marketing strategies.

Digital Marketing Specialist Qualifications:

• 3-5 years' of experience.

• Proven experience in affiliate marketing, email marketing, and paid social media.

• Strong understanding of attribution, affiliate networks, and influencer marketing.

• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve strategic goals.

This role is a temporary position, covering for a team member on parental leave, and offers a unique opportunity to contribute to our client's dynamic marketing initiatives.
