We’re seeking a Digital Designer to support a leading global beauty company. This hybrid role offers a dynamic environment where creativity and innovation drive brand success. Based primarily in our office with some remote work, you will craft engaging digital assets that elevate our iconic brands across platforms and markets.

Digital Designer Responsibilities:

• Develop and design digital content tailored for web, email, paid media, and social media, emphasizing mobile and social-first aesthetics.
• Create compelling and original social media content that aligns with each brand’s unique voice and visual style.
• Regularly update websites and seasonal campaigns, ensuring designs are optimized for various devices.
• Collaborate closely with creative, marketing, and content teams to bring visual concepts to fruition.
• Produce digital banners and refresh assets for key retail partners, maintaining consistent storytelling and branding.

Digital Designer Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in design or a related field.
• 3 to 5 years of professional experience, with significant time in studio design at a creative agency or within a major beauty brand.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide teams.
• Broad expertise in art direction, motion and animation, and digital print design.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and FIGMA, with hands-on experience in asset creation from concept to execution.
