We’re partnering with a leading beauty company to find a talented Associate Art Director to join their innovative creative team. Based in a hybrid office environment, this role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to a global brand renowned for its boldness and authenticity. Ideal for a creative with a passion for design and production, this position provides a chance to support campaign development across multiple channels and collaborate with senior leadership. If you’re excited to help shape brand visuals in a dynamic setting, this could be the perfect fit. Candidates must be able to go onsite Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday in NYC. Monday and Friday will be remote.

Associate Art Director Responsibilities:

• Assist in producing and adapting creative assets for digital, social, and print channels, ensuring brand consistency.
• Support the execution of campaign and evergreen assets from concept to post-production, including asset organization and prep.
• Resize and optimize designs for various formats such as digital, social, e-commerce, and print.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet channel-specific requirements and timelines.
• Maintain adherence to brand guidelines while managing multiple projects with accuracy and efficiency.

Associate Art Director Qualifications:

• 1–3 years of design experience within an in-house studio, agency, or creative team.
• A strong portfolio showcasing digital, social, and print design skills.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and a solid working knowledge of Figma.
• Familiarity with motion graphics tools like After Effects is a plus.
• Knowledge of production workflows, asset management, and digital file preparation.
