We’re partnering with a leading national foundation solutions company delivering expert, reliable structural and water management services to homeowners to identify a strategic and people-centric Human Resources Business Partner Director. This full-time, permanent role offers the opportunity to lead a high-performing HR team and influence core people strategies for a large, multi-location company experiencing sustained growth.

Position Overview

The Human Resources Business Partner Director will oversee a national team of HR Business Partners, serving as a senior advisor to executive leadership while designing scalable HR programs that advance the organization’s culture, talent capabilities, and operational effectiveness. This individual should bring experience supporting sizeable workforces (8,000+ employees) and leading teams of at least five HRBPs in fast-paced, operations-driven environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, Manage & Develop HRBP Team:
  • Oversee a national HRBP organization of 5+ team members, driving clarity, alignment, and consistency across all supported locations.
  • Strategic Workforce Planning:
  • Partner with senior executives on organizational design, succession planning, and long-term talent strategies that support business growth.
  • Scalable HR Program Development:
  • Build and refine HR processes, frameworks, and initiatives that strengthen engagement, retention, and leadership development.
  • Employee Relations Leadership:
  • Provide expert guidance on complex employee relations matters, ensuring compliance, fairness, and sound risk mitigation.
  • Culture & Leadership Influence:
  • Promote a culture of accountability, communication, and development across teams while establishing HR as a trusted, strategic partner.

Qualifications

  • 5–7 years of progressive HR experience, with proven success leading HRBP or field HR teams.
  • Experience supporting organizations with 8,000+ employees across multiple sites.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and develop a team of 5+ HR Business Partners.
  • Strong background in high-volume, operations-focused environments with deep employee relations expertise.
  • Experience building HR programs, processes, and structures from the ground up.
  • Exceptional communication, emotional intelligence, and executive presence.
  • Ability to travel as needed to support national operations.
