We’re partnering with a leading global biopharmaceutical company to find a talented Graphic Designer III to join their innovative marketing and communications team. This hybrid role offers a dynamic environment where creativity and strategic thinking support a wide array of internal and external brand initiatives. The position is temporary with a duration of over a year, requiring on-site collaboration, primarily within a flexible hybrid setup.

Graphic Designer III Responsibilities:

• Develop engaging digital, print, and video content for campaigns, promotional efforts, and event-related materials.
• Collaborate closely with creative and account teams, as well as external vendors, to produce work that aligns with brand standards across multiple projects.
• Coordinate with project managers to define scope, deadlines, and budgets, ensuring delivery meets client expectations.
• Manage multiple tasks efficiently within a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality output.
• Stay current with industry trends in visual design, motion graphics, and digital media to bring innovative ideas to projects.

Graphic Designer III Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or communications.
• Between 5 to 7 years of professional design experience in an agency, in-house team, or freelance setting.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating expertise across digital and print media.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
• Solid understanding of brand identity, editorial design, data visualization, typography, and print production.
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, with the ability to present ideas persuasively.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively, managing multiple priorities effectively.
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations or familiarity with biotech trends is a plus, as is experience with Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.
