We’re partnering with a leading financial services company to find a talented SEO Content Writer to support a PST time zone team. This freelance position involves creating and optimizing SEO-focused B2B content to help our client attract and inform employers about their HR, payroll, and compliance services. The engagement is expected to last between 2 and 3 months, offering an opportunity for a proactive and independent writer to contribute in a fast-paced environment.

A portfolio demonstrating relevant B2B and SEO-focused writing is required for submission.
SEO Content Writer Responsibilities:
- Conduct keyword research and identify content opportunities aligned with SEO strategy.
- Write and enhance blog posts and website copy that are clear, accurate, and reflect the company’s voice.
- Apply SEO best practices to optimize content, including titles, headings, and internal linking.
- Track content performance and make data-driven adjustments to improve visibility and engagement.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure content accuracy for compliance-heavy topics.
SEO Content Writer Qualifications:
- Proven experience in creating B2B content with a focus on SEO strategies and tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, or Ahrefs.
- Strong ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines as a contractor.
- Familiarity with HR tech, payroll, tax, or compliance content is a plus.
- Skilled in producing consistent, accurate, and performance-oriented content.
- Comfortable utilizing AI tools responsibly for drafting, editing, and finalizing content.
- Must be located within PST time zone to ensure proper collaboration and communication.
