Manager, Creator Operations Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily activities for creator and influencer channels, including developing strategies, coordinating communications, and activating campaigns.
- Implement comprehensive plans around brand safety, customer care, and marketing operations to deliver premium service to creators.
- Forecast the financial impact of creator efforts, refine strategies based on measurement insights, and mitigate potential risks.
- Identify and prevent potential issues that could harm brand reputation or platform integrity.
- Establish benchmarks for creator care success and develop tracking methods to measure outcomes.
- Manage vendor relationships by evaluating performance, analyzing metrics, and identifying opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as MAP and suppliers to ensure project timelines are met.
- Adopt a creator-first approach in all campaigns and processes.
- Partner with the product team to understand product roadmaps and develop aligned business plans for launches and updates.
Manager, Creator Operations Qualifications:
- Over five years of experience in influencer marketing, digital advertising, operations, e-commerce, or retail.
- Proven industry relationships and experience working with leadership in media, retail, or e-commerce sectors.
- Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude toward building partnerships.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of designing scalable processes and frameworks.
- Self-starter with a builder mentality, able to develop programs independently and proactively create strategic frameworks.

Eligibility requires working over 30 hours per week on an assignment lasting at least 10 weeks.
