We’re partnering with a leading industry company to find a talented Print Production Manager to support a print fulfillment team. This on-site position is based in New York City, requiring daily presence in the office. The assignment is expected to last between 1 to 3 months, starting on February 23, 2026, with hours from 9 am to 6 pm ET. This role involves overseeing print and finishing operations, managing workload distribution across teams, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring quality standards are met. The ideal candidate will have extensive print industry experience combined with strong project coordination skills.

Print Fulfillment Specialist III Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate daily workflows and ensure timely delivery of print projects across multiple locations.
  • Monitor job queues and workload distribution, optimizing team capacity.
  • Manage vendor relationships, outsourcing work when appropriate, and processing invoices efficiently.
  • Prepare print-ready files through preflighting in Adobe Acrobat.
  • Handle large, complex, and rush print jobs, prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Provide project status reports and staffing updates to the creative manager.
  • Ensure quality control procedures are followed, verifying project standards before client delivery.
  • Serve as a key contact for creative staff and clients, providing updates, resolving issues, and maintaining communication.
  • Maintain organized print files, deleting outdated materials regularly.
  • Lead all phases of print project management, including estimating, documentation, and communication.

Print Fulfillment Specialist III Qualifications:

  • High school diploma required; college credits are a plus.
  • Minimum of six years’ experience managing high-profile, complex print projects.
  • At least two years of project coordination experience with high-profile, intricate assignments.
  • Proven leadership skills with a track record of exceeding client expectations and meeting deadlines.
  • Deep understanding of print equipment including copiers, binding, cutters, and staplers.
  • Excellent communication, customer service, and team collaboration skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat Pro, with knowledge of InDesign considered a plus.
  • Experience using project management software like Adobe Workfront or similar tools.
  • Ability to work swiftly and accurately under pressure while managing multiple high-stakes projects.
  • Capable of working independently and leading print projects from start to finish.
  • Physical ability to stand, move, and lift materials as required.
