Responsibilities:

• Act as the product’s champion, ensuring a user-centric approach in all phases of development.
• Clarify ambiguous requirements to establish a clear product vision and roadmap.
• Develop and execute comprehensive product cycle plans aligned with organizational milestones.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to craft project charters and translate needs into engineering tasks.
• Oversee product maintenance including technical debt, infrastructure, and feature enhancements.

Qualifications:

• Over 3 years of experience leading agile software development or content management teams, particularly in educational settings.
• Proven success in launching complex SaaS products to large user bases with high stability.
• Familiarity with wireframing, design analysis, user story creation, and SaaS application evaluation.
• Knowledge of web accessibility standards and instructional design principles.
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and experience working with remote teams across time zones.
