We’re partnering with a leading financial services company to find a talented UX Writer to support their dynamic team. This hybrid-remote role offers an opportunity to craft user-centered content that enhances both mobile and web experiences. The position is temporary with a possibility for permanent placement, lasting for 11 months.
UX Writer Responsibilities:
- Develop clear and engaging microcopy, including buttons, labels, and menus that facilitate seamless user interactions across platforms.
- Create and refine in-product messaging such as notifications, error prompts, and contextual help to support user tasks and increase confidence.
- Collaborate closely with design, research, and product teams to plan and conduct content experiments, applying insights to improve user understanding and journey flow.
- Maintain and update content standards, voice & tone guidelines, and accessibility compliance, ensuring consistency across all channels and localization efforts.
- Map content throughout user journeys, identifying areas for simplification and creating strategies to enhance clarity and reduce cognitive load.
UX Writer Qualifications:
- 4–6+ years of experience in UX or digital content design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating results-driven in-product writing across mobile and web.
- Expertise in crafting concise, action-oriented microcopy that enhances usability and supports error and recovery messaging.
- Proven ability to plan, interpret, and leverage user testing, A/B experiments, and data to inform content decisions.
- Skilled in using Figma and content management tools to produce developer-ready specifications and maintain content libraries.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of articulating design rationale clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences, with strong organizational abilities.

Eligibility requires working over 30 hours per week on an assignment lasting at least 10 weeks.
