We’re partnering with a leading company in the toy and entertainment sector to find a talented Senior AI Product Program Manager. This hybrid role offers an exciting opportunity to oversee innovative AI initiatives at a dynamic organization committed to leveraging technology for business success. Must be on-site 4 days a week in El Sequndo, CA.

Senior AI Product Program Manager Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning, development, and management of AI projects to ensure they align with strategic objectives and deliver measurable business value.
• Collaborate with various business units to understand their needs, prioritize AI use cases, and champion new AI-powered business models through senior management and cross-functional teams.
• Oversee the end-to-end implementation of large-scale AI systems, managing timelines, budgets, and stakeholder communication.
• Develop comprehensive project plans covering scope, milestones, resources, and risk management, while proactively identifying and mitigating potential issues.
• Facilitate change management processes, providing necessary training and support to foster user adoption and minimize disruption.

Senior AI Product Program Manager Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, ITIL) are preferred.
• 10 to 15+ years of experience in IT program management, with a focus on SaaS Cloud solutions and large-scale AI projects.
• Proficiency with project management tools such as MS Project, Jira, and Trello, along with familiarity with Jira Align and Agile methodologies.
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance related to AI systems and experience in implementing and scaling AI platforms, including Generative and Agentic AI solutions.
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing multidisciplinary teams and delivering successful AI-driven products.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills, coupled with a continuous learning mindset.
